Strong shoulder workout today. Probably the best overhead press of the year. Started taking creatine 2 days ago, possible explanation?

Overhead Press - 1x5x75, 2x5x95, 1x8x95

1 Arm KB Press - 1x10x14kg, 2x8x16kg, 1x6x18kg, 1x5(3)x20kg (left side only 3 reps)

Front Raises - 2x10x25lb dbs, 2x8x30

Lateral Raises - 3x10x20

Rear Delt Machine - 1x12x70, 3x10x85
