Chest workout a little disappointing. 175 felt good but I could tell 195 felt heavier than it should have. Left side was lacking power and felt leg drive was weak today. 1st rep at 215 was really heavy and wobbly, settled in for 2nd rep but ran out of power for 3rd rep as it became quite the grinder with butt slightly coming off bench. Really need to work on lifting this close to my max. Finished with 5 sets at `85 which although not the strongest was able to complete without pauses.
Bench Press - 1x5x135, 1x5x155, 1x5x175, 1x3x195, 1x3x215, 5x5x185
Overhead Press - 4x8x95
Incline DB Press - 4x10x50
Bar Pressdowns + Lateral Raises - 4 sets
