Woke up with a lot of pain in left elbow near biceps, not sure what caused this. Took it easy throughout the day and went running late in afternoon once elbow settled down. Decided to do a couple of fast kms and they were crazy hard, really had to work to get under 4 minutes. Rest of the run was much slower than what it felt.
