Notes

Pretty good leg workout. Feel like calf is improving and didn't notice any swelling but it does feel quite tight and sore to the touch. Squats at 145 were manageable, felt like I got pretty good depth.

Squats - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 1x5x125, 1x5x135, 3x5x145

Walking Lunges - 1x8x30lb dbs, 2x8x35

Glute Ham Raises + Wide Grip Pull-Ups + Leg Raises
