Notes

TrEadmill run after small workout. Did some incline at 6.5 speed, 79m in total. Felt pretty relaxed, left knee and right hip a bit better. Did some light reverse lunges and single leg stiff leg deadlifts before. Right side is feeling stronger but there is still a big weakness when holding my knee into my chest.
