Another cold day, spent some time on Don Trail to avoid the wind. Left foot not feeling too bad. Had a training session at 4:00, worked on squats, rack pulls, and push-presses. Squatted 115lbs for sets of 4, helped pushing my knees forward to get more depth. Push-presses continue to improve. Rack pulls need to concentrate on pulling from the hips and not the legs, keep knees back.
