Bounced all reps at 95 and 115. Didn't go heavy, instead I did a bit more volume at 135. 12 rep set exhausted me, was quite tough though and felt I didn't get the best depth. Struggled to do 2 more sets of 10.
Squats - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 1x12,135, 2x10x135
Walking Lunges - 3x8x40lb dbs
Glute Pull Throughs + Glute Ham Raises + Leg Raises + L-Sit Chin Ups - 3 sets
