Notes

Decided to go for a deadlift PB today despite drinking quite a bit yesterday plus running the race. Both calves were quite sore this morning but otherwise body felt ok. Deadlift warmups didn't feel the greatest as 255 and 275 felt a bit heavier than I was hoping for. 295 was a bit of a grinder with some shakiness but decided to load up 310 and go for it anyway. Really focused on pulling with all my might and not wimping out - as a result 310 went up pretty fast with little shakiness in legs. Planned to exact the same determination at 320 but I guess the fatigue just caught up with me as the pull wasn't as strong as 310. Nevertheless I grinded out the rep with shaky legs. Not sure of form at heavier weights as I was alone but the lifts did feel somewhat solid.

Deadlifts - 1x5x135, 1x5x185, 1x3x225, 1x2x255, 1x2x275, 1x1x295, 1x1x310, 1x1x320, 1x10x225

Pull Ups - 1x8, 3x8x25, 1x8

Lat Pulldowns - 3x10x100

DB Rows on Angled Bench + L-Sit Pull-Ups + Lat Pressdowns - 3 sets
