Forgot to take weight this morning, went to gym in afternoom, workout included:

3x5x135lbs bench

2x6x30lbs walking lunges

2x6x20lbs step-ups onto stackable steps (slightly higher than bench)

pull-ups

inverted rows on smith that didn't work out good

abs on vertical bench
