Left knee hurting, mostly the back of it, right achilles and soleus too. Wonder if it is compensation for my left foot. Left foot was hurting when I got up but wasn't so bad during run. Need the rest day tomorrow but left knee is a little concerning. Heart rate high again, not sure why as run felt easy enough outside of the pain.
