Notes

Small back workout upstairs. Pulled my right glute again during deadlifts but don't think it is as bad as in the past. Still had a lot of DOMs and felt I just couldn't get set up properly at 185

Deadlifts - 1x8x115, 1x8x165, 1x8x185

Chin Ups - 2x12, 2x10

1 Arm DB Rows + Lat Pulldowns + Cable Rows
