really not a bad workout for it being about 35 degrees and a little breezy. felt pretty good. i went a little faster on the last one because i knew i could. funny, because that was about my average lap pace for the last 1600 i did. felt loose. my right foot is hurting on the outside part of it though. enough to make me limp. not sure what it is, but it feels similar to what i had a last year, just not quite as bad. i'll ice it and maybe take some aspirin for the run tomorrow and see how it feels. hopefully it's just a cramp and it'll go away soon.
