decent race. wasn't what i was hoping for timewise, but i still managed to qualify for the indoor conference meet, which is a first! was off pace with 400 to go and i wasn't sure i'd make the 15:39 standard. closed the last 200 in about 29 seconds to secure the place. also, as an interesting side-note, this was the first time i've ever managed to qualify for a championship meet by running a time. always had to do it by placing at region in high school. so that was a good change.
also, there is about a 19 second altitude conversion from this time, so an equivalent time at sea level would be about 15:16
