pretty dang good workout. felt really good. knee didn't bother me a bit, which was surprising, considering how it felt yesterday. hopefully this can continue. my calves are pretty sore, but other than that, i feel really good. hit fairly consistently at or under 74 seconds. the last 5 or so were a bit more of a struggle, but i was able to fight through it really well.
