pretty good workout for only 1 minute rest between each. felt pretty good today. knee wasn't bothersome or anything and my legs felt good and loose. it was bit windy, but that's ok, it toughens me up a bit. i'm just glad i was able to hit my splits relatively easy. maybe could've done one or two more, but i wasn't about to add anything to it.
