1:20 rest after most. a little more after a couple of them. for being of grass it felt pretty good. it took awhile to get used the feel and the pace, put once we started hitting them, i felt fine. goal pace was 3:15, but it was easy to run faster. 800 was supposed to be negative split. didn't run the second half as fast as i would've liked, but it was still okay.
