meh workout. it was windy and i think that might've taken it out of me. the first 400 was so easy, i was like, this is going to be a great workout. and then everything stopped working right. my foot got a blister that bothered me, the wind was blowing it's hardest at the wrong times and so on. i don't know, i guess it was just one of those days. the last 400 was brutal. i ran it as fast as i could. my legs were burning as though i had run a race at the end of that one. the wind hit me in the home stretch and just wouldn't relent. it made me mad.
