Tough workout today! Legs were still tired from the weekend miles, but managed to pull through. Based on my last 400, I probably had more available for the earlier intervals, but they were tough. It's nice having a kick at the end, but I'm really struggling in the middle of my runs. Gotta keep working to figure out how to be more even over the entire workout.
