Notes
Today's plan called for a 5mi pace run. Out challenge run today was 6.2 so I used that route but still tried keeping the pace but ended up going too fast. That said, we had a couple of hills and two quick water stops along the way but it was still a conversational pace so I'm thinking the 9 min/mi target pace might be about right. I'll have to keep monitoring it as the training plan progresses.
