Goal today was 4 x 1000m at a consistent pace. Ended up doing negative splits. Not exactly consistent, but better than the alternative. :) Could have gone a touch faster but was afraid of burning out as consistency has been a historical problem for me. Either way, felt great overall and had an excellent workout!
