Notes

Ran inside today at the gym. Started with 15 min on the elliptical followed by about 3-mi run around the basketball courts then back to the elliptical for 15-min cool down. Legs were still tired form the past couple of week's miles so just kept it simple and easy today. Racing a 5k tomorrow morning and have Building to Bagel so I'm hoping the rest brings my legs back.
