Notes

Short run with a work out in the middle at the park workout station. I injured myself on this day. I was feeling good and did some slightly inverted sit-ups. I did three sets. Normally I have no problems with this but for some reason on this day I got a sharp pain in my lower abdomen where my muscles attach to the top of the pelvic (pubis) bone. After this the next day, pain. I have had pain ever since and it's been two weeks. I am taking some time off. Even though I raced an awesome race the next day.
