Horrible conditions. I don't even think I can run today. We had an ice storm and unless you have ice skates it is best to stay in. I made it to the trail head and met S.S. but just barely. As we climbed up it got warmer so we were able to actually run. It was raining at the top. All was god until we made it down and then I got chilled talking to S.S. before going the last mile home. It took me 30 minutes to go a mile because I could hardly stand on the ice. I was freezing, though I had frostbite on my fingers. Lame run, great experience.
