Notes

First run since the race. My left side is a mess. My groin is tight, my hip is sore. Running doesn't hurt it just is definately noticeable. I really, really want to run Res. I am in shape for it. Will my body betray me? Should I even try. I feel good now. We'll see how I feel in the morning.
