Lot's of snow on the trail and a food hangover from Thanksgiving. This made for a tough run. I ate too much pie and stuffing yesterday. It was tough to push the pace but all in all I feel like I ran goal pace through some unforgiving and tough conditions. Foot a little sore but not bad.
