Notes

The HR numbers are screwy on this as the HR didn't come on till at least half way through the run. The outgoing pace was steady. I did some jumping, spinning, bear crawl, and backwards and sideways moves. I am trying to shake it up a bit. I want a more dynamic body. I want to be a better mountain runner and all around a bit stronger and dynamic. I have been trying to wrestle with River at night. It is good. He is learning and I am getting the stretch from it. This was a really fun run. I threw in some fast intervals at the end. Tried to maintain a 5:50 to 6:00 pace for a couple minutes a pop. It was tough, but fun.
