Notes

I got burnt out on the 100-pushup routine, so tonight did a modified P90X Chest and Back, but only did Chest Exercises. I hadn't done some of these variations in a while, so I'm pleased with the number of reps, especially on the military ones which are tough.

Standard Pushup x 40

Military Pushup x 25

Wide Pushups x 40

Decline Pushups x 30

Total Pushups = 135
