Solid workout! Pretty humid at the start with a breeze and it started to rain during the 200's. Finally had a workout that was divisible by 3, so Jaime, Maddie and I each took turns leading. Legs feel good, nothing felt too difficult. Even got excited and ran a 35sec 200! Left foot pain creeping back, but nothing too terrible. Pumped for Regionals!!!
