Long run OB on the bike path. While the run started and ended sunny it was pouring in the middle. Was supposed to be a paced long run, but wasn't too fast and even was 4 minutes slower on the way back (however that is when it really raining hard). While the Nisky part of the bike path is always pretty boring because I run it so often, I got to reach my favorite part in Colonie where there is a little wooden bridge.
