Great long run with Maddie, Mary, Jaime and Loki! Ended up being a great morning for long run, not too hot and it was shady. Ran a new loop suggested by Rob and it was nice not having to add on too much. Felt really strong, Loki and I had some run "racing" up some of the hills.
