Ran with Rob in Quincy 10X2 hard, 1 min easy. Hard pace was 10k-5k effort. Feeling pretty good, except for some coughing. The run had a bunch of turns and a few quick up and down hills. I feel like it was a solid effort.
20 min WU, then went into the fartlex
Paces: 6:17/6:16/6:14/6:40 (bill hill)/5:57/5:54/5:50/5:54/5:47/5:46.
I feel like I was able to go faster, hopefully meaning that the next fatlek will be better. I would also like to run the recovery portions faster averaged around 8:30-9:00 and I think they probably shouldn't be that much slower than a typical run pace.
