6 by 800m @ 10k...or wayy slower than 10k :P
Averaged 6:23 per mile for the 800's
Booooo extremely tough workout for no good reason. Legs extremely tired/ sore going into this. Call it skiing, call it the LR on Sunday but I wasn't haven't a great time. Falling wayyy off the back for the whole thing. Original WO was 10 800's but I struggled getting through 6. Oh well, good to get something faster in I suppose :/
