Notes
Well needless to say cut downs are neither Christine's or mine strong suit. We definitely do better following paces. Never really got into a nice rhythm like I do for repeats. The pace we were suppose to start off at was 3:44, but due to a minor division error we ran the wrong 100 m splits...didn't really realize until the 500 m WHOOPS. Next one was slightly better, still not on pace. At least the last 1000 m was the fastest of the set, so that was a success.
Was pretty tough in general, but nothing felt didn't feel too sore. Hips have been a little sore walking around, blaming it on those clams with bands around knees in lift Tuesday.
