Whoop! 1st workout back!! Went to GBTC practice and it turned out better than I had hoped. Went in hoping to run ~7:15 pace for the miles and was much quicker than that! Not really able to run with the other girls, however there was a new girl there who had taken the summer off and I was able to run with her. It was definitely tough going since I'm not very fit, however in the long run it will be great motivation for Boston in the Spring (and an outdoor track season) Obviously don't feel super great about 3 miles at 6:2X pace BUT it's a start :)
