Solid long run. Beautiful weather, warmer than expected and overcast. Ended up starting to rain right as we got back, so we lucked out with the 8am.
Started off with a bigger group and it broke down to mainly Maddie, Jaime and I with Loki near by. We ran North Lake to Farrell and did some loops around Uncle Sam's (Just copying from Maddie's gps since I don't remember the paths we took). As Maddie said it wasn't easy, but was the perfect amount of challenge for today. Little sore from yesterday, but nothing terrible. Started out around 9 min pace. Hitting low 7's mile 4 through 9. with one 6:55.
