Commute rail LR from Framingham to Back Bay with Jenna. Solid LR (I think this is my longest LR to date) always SO nice to have a buddy. Felt good and wanted to crush up the hills, but Jenna was good with the pace we were going, all and all probably would have made the comm ave section really tough. Will have to plan a tempo over the hills in the near future! All in all-Good course preview, great company, solid avg pace over a couple hilly segments, nice sunny day :)
