Easy 30 min run with Rob in Lincoln, NH after our 9 mile hike (taking a total time of 7:15) of the Franconia Ridge in the White Mountains. Really cool hike! Hit 2 of the 4,000 peaks in NH, saw some nice water falls, bummer it was a cloudy day since their wasn't much of a view. haha definitely a tough run post 10 mile race and post 9 mile hike, but glad we got it in so I could just squeak by to 50.
