Wasn't really sure what to do for paces, looked at tempos from over winter break where my goal pace was 6:31. Turns out paces were supposed to be 6:15 - 6:20, so they were a little slow.
Ran the first mile on Lamplighter, which was 6:27. So consisent pace over all. I felt good, little sore from 1k's yesterday, but nothing that would have made a difference.
