EZ run in the DAYLIGHT! Pretty exciting the job I'm currently on has fairly regular hours from 6-4, which means I get home early!!! Was feeling good today and was a nice brisk fall day for a run. Started the run chasing down a dad running while pulling his child in a wagon and it naturally stayed quicker the whole run.
