this pain started on sat after LR just as a a dull bruise feeling (ie: I thought my legging and tall sock were folded weird and were putting pressure on a spot on my shin) and has continued to feel that way until the workout tonight :( Don't know what to do. Painful walking, driving.
I can hop on it but only one spot hurts to touch so not sure if it is a bone thing or muscular. There's localized swelling where it hurts to touch. Iced after and took Ibuprofen to reduce swelling
