Every thing else LT pace (6:12-6:02) with 90 sec jog rest
With Maddie on the outdoor track. I'm not sure why, but this workout felt tougher than I was expecting. 42's felt faster than race pace,1st 1600 was tough, the 2k felt long, for the last 1600 followed Maddie to a speedy time.
