3 by 1600 m on the track. Pace times were 6:20- 6:24.

Ran with Christine. First 1600 m was really challenging and felt terrible, probably due to the workout yesterday. The first 2 1600's of the sets had really inconsistent lap times we would run the first lap fast and then the next one slow, the fast then slow again. This got really annoying. Last 1600m we managed to pace perfectly to end the workout on a high note.
