Workout on the track. 2 by 3200m with 2 min rest. Paces were 6:20-6:25 per 1600m. First mile of the first 2-mile was 6:18. First mile of the second 2-mile was 6:20. Pretty crazy they ended up being the same pace.

Really tough workout today, when it really shouldn't have been. Legs felt slow and sluggish. The wind on the back stretch didn't help much. Toughed through it. I have to admit that I felt like stopping after the first 2 laps of the second rep. The first mile of each 2 mile was the most difficult.
