EZ post massage. Lots of deep tissue/ graston work so my legs are pretty sore. Andrea found a very muscle on my outer calves, so that will be helpful to focus on for foam rolling. Definitely my tight calves/ hamstrings pulling on my tendons, causing pain. He also said my hips were extremely tight....no surprise there, going to try to get back into more hip exercises than just lunges and leg swings. Definitely going to keep up exercises and rope stretching, but hoping this gives me a push in the right direction. He's booked up through until September, but I hear going ~once a month is helpful so may go back then.

Heel swelling has gone down SO much since Mon. it's such a relief. Barefoot/ donut shoes are making a huge difference. Still catch twinges of discomfort in my heel when running, but hopefully stretching, foam rolling and heel drops help to get rid of that soon enough!
