6 by 1k's @ 10 mile cut down to 5k (?) with 200m jog followed by 4 by 300 with 100 m walk
I've got to say the non-individualized training plans after college really leave something to be desired. It's so tough not being told an exact pace, or even what you training plan is for the week. You have to do a lot more work than "show up at practice and trust coach", which will be a huge struggle for me for the rest of the year.
Workout was at MIT. Not my fastest 1k wo, and I should have stopped after 5. Only got through 3 300's. But a whole of a lot better than i was expecting considering my crummy last 2 weeks and lack of work outs...
