Took me the first 15 minutes to finally start enjoying this run. Starting at 19 minutes I did 30 seconds up temp with 1 minute in between, 8 times. Felt great afterwards and cruised the rest of the way back. Almost positive I turned around at 24:30, which must mean I ran a little faster on the way back, so I am happy with that.
