6 by 3 min on/ 2 min off @ CV (6:12-6:21). Adapted to a track workout, making it 800 repeats. Lunges, leg swings, skips before. Hot, humid and slow :( ~85 and 65% humidity. Meh, always stinks when your mind thinks your not fit and then your body struggles proving yourself right. Wish I had done more warm up/ cool down, pretty low mileage for the day missing 2-3 from that, will find somewhere to make up for it.
