3 X (400, 800, 400) @ 84, 2:48 with 30 sec rest after 400, 1 min after 800, 4 min jog after each set

Actually a really fun workout! The snow melted in time for practice, so we were able to workout on the outdoor track!!! Last 800 was a little slow, however I think it was just because I wanted to take my full rest and started a little after Maddie and Jaime so they were a little too far away.

Left hamstring very tight. Rolled it out some in lift, but it is still sore (maybe brought on by the sudden cold weather?). Will have to keep rolling.
