haha literally don't know the proper time for this run (didn't stop my watch at the light so with running time we'd be at 8:30 pace, which I know isn't true since we were running 7:40's for at least half)... Ran about half with Maddie and Jaime and then Loki and I weren't feeling great and decided just to hang back at the end. It was either the workout of lift but legs and hips were feeling very tight and was just feeling slow... Hopefully feeling better tomorrow...

Already @ 4 miles less this week than last week, technically with 10% looking to cut about 6, so probably should keep tomorrow similar mileage to last week, but may be leaning towards 2 X 35 mins instead.
