2 by 5 min hard @ 5:48 plus 8 sec for wind w/ 5 min jog

Solo workout at practice, no one doing this workout was here everyone was either MD or the 1200 wo. Fairly windy down the back stretch and around the corner so coach added 8 seconds for wind. Tried very hard to stay focused and run even split 1600's but the only one I accomplished that one was the one I ran the slowest. Was not really feeling fantastic today, but it was a good effort workout and good wind training because you never know! Ran fast 5 min's and 200's in spikes
